This five day session was inspired from our 1st Women LUV Horse Retreat held in May 2007. Although our Women LUV Horses Retreat is only demonstration training clinics, we had many ladies who wanted to ride! Here is your opportunity to do so.

Our Women LUV Horses Riding & Spa Retreat is your vacation. “Spoil yourself”, have fun with horses and your health! This five day clinic will have daily horse training on the ground and under saddle, whichever discipline or breed of horse you ride. Throughout the week you will learn about women’s health care issues, skin care, facials and massage at the Ranch Fitness Center and Spa with services from the spa menu, as well as equine training exercises. Horse care is also covered. Healthy organic meals are served, as well as dietary & fitness meal guide lines to take home.

This clinic teaches women to improve their horsemanship while learning valuable lessons about themselves. This five day clinic costs $1677 and includes:

Rider Training

• Horse behaviors and instincts
• Ground training, in-hand work, liberty and longeing training
• Rider's position and balance
• Natural aids for communication
• Controlling your horse's balance for recreational riding or show competitions

Female Wellness

• Spa: Message, facials, manicures, pedicures
• Health: Weight loss and fitness
• Food: Healthy foods and weight loss
• Cooking classes: Improve your health and lose weight

Lodging

• Room at Fox Grove Farm in one of our beautifully decorated homes.
• Three healthy meals per day
• Stabling for your horse
• Limited school horses are available for lease. Lease a school horse with all the equipment included for $35 per day. Our school horses are wonderful partners who can easily guide you through any of our programs.
