TRACING PACKAGE
If you request a “Tracing Package”, please provide the following:
- Name; Address; Phone number; email address
- Major credit card number to secure shipment and return of tracing package
- Billing address that matches major credit card; card number; expiration date; CVV code (3 digit code on signature line)
Any tracing packages not returned within 14 business days will incur a nonrefundable $50 charge to the credit card on file, unless we receive a request to extend that period. Contact: Marie-Frances Davis, our business manager at: 352-629-3310.
TRIAL SADDLE
If you request a “Trial Saddle”, please provide the following:
- Name; Address; Phone number; email address
- Major credit card number to secure shipment and return of trial saddle
- Billing address that matches major credit card; card number; expiration date; CVV code(3 digit code on signature line)
Shipping Policies:
- Trial saddle shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer
- Saddles leaving the Alliance Saddlery USA office will be sent via ground service with insurance and will require a signature upon delivery. For delivery outside the contiguous United States, contact our office for details.
- Shipping charges will be applied to the major credit card provided at the time of trial saddle request
Return Policies:
Saddles must be returned within 14 business days with the following shipping details:

- For Trophee, Ecole, and Allure models, the saddle must be insured for the value of $3500. For the Victoire model the saddle needs to be insured for the value of $2500.
- Signature of delivery MUST be requested
Loss or Damage of Trial Saddle:
- If saddle is lost in transit or significant damage other then normal use is evident then the major credit card on file will be charged to replace loss or damage and will incur an additional 2% processing fee.
The trial saddle needs to be stored in a dry and secure area. During the trial period you are responsible for the saddle. If the saddle is misplaced you will be charged the value of the saddle. If the saddle suffered significant damages your credit card will be charged the cost of repair + an additional 5% of the value of the saddle.
PLACING AN ORDER:
- A deposit of $1500 is required to secure an order
- Balance must be paid in full prior to shipping
- Acceptable forms of payment are; MC, Visa, American Express and Discover as well as checks made payable to Royal Palm Ranch LTD.
- If the saddle being ordered is in stock, the saddle will ship immediately upon receipt of payment.
- If the saddle is not in stock then the average time to manufacture a saddle is 10 weeks.
- Please note that we are not responsible for delays in the manufacturing process or overseas shipments and will do our best to keep you informed of estimated arrival time.
WARRANTY:
- The Forestier trees are guaranteed for 5 years.
- Leather on all calfskin models has a 2 year guarantee
