Barn 1 is home to Palm Equestrian Academy show horses and those in training with Lynn Palm and Cyril Pittion-Rossillon. An 11 stall concrete barn is equipped with large airy stalls, wide center aisle, overhead fans, feed room, tack room, wash stall and office. Multiple pastures and paddocks surround the barn for individual turnout. Rugged Painted Lark or Larks Home Run can be seen making their way in and out during the day.
